Programming and Space Planning

 

 

After the design services contract has been agreed upon the actual design parameters are developed.

1. The existing conditions of the space or spaces to be changed are measured and recorded and “as -built” drawing plans are made on AutoCAD.

2. From these plans, the initial meeting and based on the information we gathered, preliminary schematic design drawings are made.

We usually provide 3-4 schematic designs/furniture layouts that will be discussed at length with you.

3. We then further modify your selection to address any physical or aesthetic or budgetary issues raised.

 

Once you approve the design we will move to next stages when constructions documents are developed and finalized.
