Construction Drawings

After flooring layout and design ideas for ceiling and elevations are finalized. And after all finishes are approved a set of final documents are developed and then completed to be given to the contractor and the client for all permits necessary (if required).

Also when needed Annaline can order all necessary new merchandise specified for the new plan. If opting out from this stage we still stay involved and liaison with our clients and their contractors to assist in the solution to any problems or on site changes that may occur.
